Research Interests

I am a researcher specializing in the evolution of supermassive black holes (SMBHs), the distribution of Active Galactic Nuclei (AGN) within the cosmic web, cosmological modeling of AGN, and X-ray astronomy. My research focuses on understanding the role of local environments (within 1 Mpc) in triggering accretion events onto SMBHs at galaxy centers. By combining novel modeling techniques with advanced observations, I investigate the incidence and spatial distribution of X-ray-selected AGN in massive galaxy clusters, extending to redshifts of z~1.5.

Currently, I am a postdoctoral researcher at CosmoStat, contributing to the FornaX project. My work involves generating comprehensive X-ray catalogs of galaxy clusters and AGN from XMM-Newton observations within the Euclid Deep Field of Fornax.
